Ordering
All of our products are made to order. They can take up to 3 weeks to ship!
Import Duties and Taxes
Polmoldart is not liable for any fees or taxes you may incur if your order is held by customs. We advise that you make yourself familiar with your destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as its rules and regulations regarding importing foreign goods and products. As the recipient, you are liable for all customs, import duties and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Payment
We accept payment by PayPal.
PayPal is the largest payment system. With it, you can pay your order both using your PayPal account or simply with a plastic card Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro.
After confirming the order, you will be redirected to the page of the PayPal service where you can absolutely safely pay for the order. The order status will be automatically changed after PayPal checks your payment.

We offer a generous discount for retailers and wholesalers. Should you be interested in stocking our products for resale please contact us.
NOTE: Intellectual property rights
We design and manufacture all of our products. We assert our moral and intellectual rights over the original artworks embodied in these products. We allow the use of the products by hobbyists and small scale artisanal enterprises. We do not confer any rights in the sale of our products for third parties to reproduce the item by any form of copying for sale either as a mould or for any other purpose. You can make and sell any products made using our molds made by us, but copying the mold itself is prohibited!
